What does “publish in a minute” include?

It’s the target for a finished article and an already connected WordPress site. The goal is to remove the repetitive prep between those two points.

A typical workflow is:

  1. Import the article you’ve already written.
  2. Review the content, images and publishing details.
  3. Publish to your connected WordPress site.

Initial connection setup, substantial editing and approval reviews take extra time. Article size, image processing and your WordPress site’s response can affect the total.

The time calculator is an illustration based on 30 minutes of manual prep versus 1 minute with DocstoBlogs. It isn’t a measured guarantee for every post.

Which formats can I bring into DocstoBlogs?

Keep writing in the format that suits you. You can import a document, use a public Google Docs link, paste content or bring in an article folder.

Import options at a glance
SourceWhat to bring
Google DocsA publicly accessible or published document link
WordYour .docx file
Markdown / HTMLThe article file and any local images it references
Article folderThe article, images and supporting files together
PasteContent copied from your writing tool

Review the imported result before publishing, especially complex layouts, tables and image placement.

How does importing a whole folder work?

Folder import is useful when an article comes with more than one file: the draft, its images, research notes or a content brief.

That includes work prepared with AI tools. You can bring the output files together instead of opening and moving each one separately.

  1. Select your article folder. Include the article and its local image files.
  2. Review the files. Check which content is the article and which files are research or supporting material.
  3. Check the imported article. Review formatting, images and publishing details before sending it to WordPress.
  • Keep local images with the article that uses them.
  • Keep research and briefs separate from reader-facing content.
  • Make your final edits in the workspace.

Folder import brings in your files; it doesn’t replace your editorial or factual review.

What happens to my images?

DocstoBlogs handles the repetitive image work as part of preparing your article for WordPress.

  • Automatic image processing
  • WebP conversion
  • Automated image SEO
  • Image uploading to WordPress

Review the images with your article before publishing. Check that each image belongs in the post, appears in the right place and has useful descriptive information.

This brings image preparation into your publishing workflow, so you spend less time moving between conversion tools, folders and the WordPress media library.

Does it work with my WordPress SEO plugin?

DocstoBlogs supports Rank Math, Yoast SEO and All in One SEO.

Prepare your SEO details alongside your article instead of treating them as a separate job after moving the content into WordPress.

  • Review the article and its SEO details together.
  • Keep your existing supported WordPress SEO plugin.
  • Check the final post on your WordPress site.

Plugin support helps with the publishing workflow. Search performance still depends on your content, website and SEO strategy.

Can I make inline edits, bulk edits and manage revisions?

Yes. Use inline editing for final changes while reading an individual article. Use bulk edits when you need to make changes across articles.

Keep track as drafts evolveRevision management

Review the affected articles before publishing, particularly when one change applies to several posts.

Can I save a WordPress draft before going live?

Yes. You can send your article to WordPress as a draft when you want another review before publication.

  1. Review the imported article in DocstoBlogs.
  2. Choose your connected WordPress destination.
  3. Select a draft when you’re not ready to publish publicly.

This is useful when an editor or client needs to review the post on the destination site.

Do I need to move or rebuild my WordPress website?

No. DocstoBlogs connects to your existing WordPress site. Your website remains the destination for your content.

To get started, you’ll need:

  • Access to the WordPress site you want to publish to
  • The credentials requested by the connection flow
  • Site security settings that allow the connection

Sign in to the hosted workspace to use connected-site features. If a connection fails, check the site credentials and security restrictions before trying to publish.

Can I import a private Google Doc?

Google Docs link imports use a publicly accessible or published link. They don’t require connecting your Google account.

If the document needs to stay private, export it from Google Docs as a Word document and import the .docx file instead.

A private Google Docs link cannot be imported through the public-link workflow.

Can I plan content and schedule posts?

Editorial calendar and post scheduling are coming soon. They aren’t available in the current publishing workflow.
